I bought a new headset without looking into what I would need to change it. I need a cup remover and a bearing cup press.

I assume it's a 1 1/8 press-in? To remove the cups, just knock them out from the back side of the cups. To install the new ones, either a deadblow hammer/rubber mallet, or hammer and block of wood. You may ask Frank if he has a cup press lying around, I don't have one anymore.

I thought about trying that. It would be much easier if I had a proper workbench and stand though. Might have to get some lumber...

Let me know if you need help working on it. I have workbenches, tools, spare parts, and knowledge of most bicycle components.
